SHIPPING


Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days for it to be processed. Except for any emergencies occur, the shipping time takes 5-10 days for our Premium shipping method and 13-20 days for our Standard shipping method. The time depends on the customer's shipping address. U.S has the fastest delivery time of 4-10 days. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via E-Mail.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

Please expect your items to be shipped separately if you order more different items. We ship your items in multiple packages for many different reasons. It benefits our customers because some items arrive quicker than others and pass through customs clearance faster. Also, the fees and taxes (in case there are any) for our customers are much lower and we want you to get your items without additional costs if possible! This is also why you will see lower price costs on your packaging, which is a standard across the globe now for sending any type of items.

Once your order has been processed, the tracking Number usually takes 5-7 business days to be generated and emailed to you. Please note once you get the tracking number, the post office takes about 5 business days to activate the tracking. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly contact us and include your order number.

Our Premium shipping method always has premium tracking, but our Standard shipping method doesn't track your order throughout the whole shipping time. For more information, you can always contact us!

Custom and Import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Custom and Import policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order.

If the item hasn't arrived please contact your post office or visit them to check if the item is there. You should do this within 7-10 days so the item doesn't get shipped back. Also, check if the item is in your mailbox (of course) or it got mixed up with someone else's mail from your building.

In case it is not there please contact us and our helpful support staff will promptly take care of the problem and send a replacement.

VVS Ice Store is not responsible for missing or lost packages once the tracking says it was delivered. Please use the tracking link we provide when we confirm your order to follow the status of your package until it is delivered.

If you never receieved your order and the tracking number shows "Delivered", please check with your neighbours, post office, building manager before contacting us. If you're unable to find your package, contact us and we will file a claim. Based on the result of the claim, we may or may not be able to send you a replacement.

This is the most asked question, and we completely understand why. At first glance it seems like this is too good to be true. 

The truth is, we were done with jewellery customers paying extremely high prices. Companies are charging hundreds for items we would sell for half. That's when VVS Ice Store started, we found a gap in the market, so we are selling fantastic quality urban/hip hop jewellery for the best price possible.  

People tend to believe that more expensive means better, but we are using better materials, have the Best designs and the best possible prices than anyone else. It has taken us years upon years to make our vision come to life. But it feels good knowing that we are revolutionising the jewellery market.

Depending on the product we are using the suitsable material to get the best result in terms of quality, weight, look and durability. The materials we use are: 316L Stainless Steel, Brass and 18Karat Gold plating. The CZ Simulated Stones, are high quality hand-set Cubic Zirconia stones with 54 facets, giving the icy look we all know and love!

We are using extremely high quality materials on all of our products, but we would recommend taking some precautions:

Avoid wearing your jewellery while swimming, bathing or during sport activities. Also avoid direct contact with corrosive agents. Clean your jewellery with a dry micro-fiber cleaning cloth after each wear.

We provide details such as material and dimensions in the description of each product.


RETURNS


Please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order!. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. You will have to ask us for the returning address.

Once you return your item your original payment method will be refunded within 5 business days.

All of our products are entitled to a one-time repair of the piece, free of charge . We will repair the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage. You will need to send us a photo or video of the damage. There is a $60 repair fee if you encounter future problems, after a replacement has been sent. This warranty is voided under any user damage issues (scratches, intentional breakage, water damage).

If you would like to change your product for a different colour/size please contact us  as soon as you receive the product. Our customer service team will send further instructions.

In the event you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, order cancellations and modifications are not available after we process them. We usually tend to process and ship items as soon as we can for maximum customer satisfaction.
